WHITBY SPORTS & SOCIAL CLUB (formerly The Shell Club) is situated at the junction of -- Chester Road/Dunkirk Lane, Whitby, Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, CH65 6QF.
*****TRAVELLING SOUTH ALONG THE M53 -- Come off the motorway at junction 7 signposted (B5132) Whitby and Overpool. Follow the road for 2 miles when you will reach the crossroads with Chester Road. (Whitby High School will be on your right at this traffic light junction). TURN RIGHT into Chester Road. Drive through one set of traffic lights and Dunkirk Lane is the second on the left. The venue is on the corner of this junction.
*****TRAVELLING NORTH ALONG THE M53 -- Coming off the motorway at junction 10, take the A5117 towards Queensferry to the second roundabout, turn right there in to the A5032 Chester Road towards Ellesmere Port centre. Within half a mile the venue is on your right hand side, (see large playing fields).
*****TRAVELLING FROM QUEENSFERRY ALONG THE M56 -- take the A5117 towards Cheshire Oaks Retail Park. Turn left well before then at the Strawberry roundabout (see the large red petrol filling station on the left corner), turn into the A5032, Chester Road, signposted to Ellesmere Port town centre. Within half a mile the venue is on your right hand side, (see large playing fields).
